Synergy is the only app in this table that logs supplements, peptides, and GLP-1 medications together and checks every item in the stack against every other. The rest of the table is what each app states on its own App Store listing.

Made for use, not for show

Same shot, different job
Shotsy tracks your GLP-1 shot well. Synergy checks that shot against everything else you take — the supplements, the peptides, even the coffee — and shows you which pairs have documented interactions.
Stacks without the check
Peptide Tracker and PeptidePal both log multi-compound stacks; neither listing describes checking those compounds against each other. PeptidePal logs supplement intake, but neither checks the supplements against the stack.
No vendor search, by design
Some trackers now advertise sourcing: Pepty's App Store listing (read September 21, 2026) says "Search peptide vendors and compare pricing side by side." The Synergy app has no vendor search — substances and protocols only, never sources or vendors, in the app and in its community.
Educational, not advice
An interaction flag in Synergy is a documented entry with a plain-language, educational summary. It is information to bring to a clinician, not a recommendation, and Synergy never suggests a dose.
