Common questions

Where is my data stored?

Your tracked stack, doses, weights, and labs are kept on your device. They aren't uploaded to our servers. Only the optional community (reviews and discussion) uses an account, which stores just your email and a handle.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Community account → Delete account. This permanently removes your community account and all its content (reviews, posts, votes, follows).

Why don't "Insights" or "Synergy" appear yet?

They're contextual. Synergy appears once your cabinet has two or more items to compare, and Insights appears once there's something to flag from your stack and logs. Add a couple of items and log a dose or two.

Managing your subscription

Pro is an auto-renewable subscription managed through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel it any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
